If you're having problems registering animals or reconciling your NAIT records, contact our Support Centre for help.

Note you can't buy NAIT tags through us, including through this form. You must order them from your local farm supply store or livestock health provider.

Use this form to report tag issues related to:

retention
readability
durability
performance.

Once we receive your form, we'll pass your information onto the relevant tag manufacturer/distributor.
